Culture.ru – ‘a unique web-based portal’ designed to promote the cultural heritage of the Russian Federation, created by the Russian Ministry of Culture. It includes a variety of materials – news, graphics, photos and videos. It did have a very impressive resource of virtual tours of museums and galleries, but this seems to have disappeared (as at March 2014). I hope it returns.
